Small charities often carry big visions with small teams, stretched capacity, and limited time to step back and build the systems needed for sustainable growth — and over the last two days, PwC helped us create space to do exactly that work.
As one of the world’s leading professional services firms, PwC brings together expertise across strategy, operations, finance, and leadership — and we were grateful to experience that through 17 PwC Emerging Leaders who joined us at Symphony Studios as consultants, giving their time pro bono to help shape Symphony’s next 5-year chapter.
Together, we worked through team formation and recruitment, leadership and ways of working, fundraising and income generation, marketing, storytelling and brand positioning, pipeline-building, customer and community journeys, and impact tracking.
It was strategic, practical, generous, and deeply energising. PwC is a great organisation — but even greater people.

Windrush and Faith is a powerful documentary by Symphony Films exploring the spiritual roots, growth, and future of the UK Black Church.
Through insightful conversations with planters, pastors, and bishops, this film traces how faith shaped the Windrush Generation and laid the foundation for Black Christian communities across Britain.
