You deserve to work with trustworthy people.
There are no unified standards when it comes to personal training, life coaching, sex coaching, tantra trainings, spiritual guidance, etc.
A lot of people just end up working with whoever can seduce or manipulate the best with marketing. That's a pretty scary reality we're living in, and it leaves a lot of people worse off financially and personally than when they started seeking help in the first place.
Knowing your own standards can be grounding. Knowing what questions to ask can be clarifying.
I don't consider my discovery calls to be sales calls on my end, I approach them as a casual mutual-interview, where we both get to feel into whether it's a good fit. I want to answer real questions in those conversations, because it tells me that the relationship we will be building in our work together will be real.
I'll be honest: when I sold my brick and mortar studio to do this work online full time, there wasn't any job title that covered all of what I do so I came up with a new term: Holistic Systems Coach. It's a name that can speak to the many different dimensions of life I'm qualified to support people with, AND I'm really transparent about what I am not qualified to support clients with.
Everyone needs an ecosystem of care and support, and everyone deserves to have trustworthy people in their corner.

I have many more thoughts on this, but I had to say it here, now.
Individual longevity. Individual optimization. Individual awakening. Individual liberation. Individual success. All sold to the masses for the sake of individual enrichment, and all of us are paying their bills.
None of the things any of these guys teach actually happens in isolation.
Bodies don’t self-regulate alone. Nervous systems don’t heal in a vacuum. Health doesn’t emerge without relational safety. And freedom that ignores impact isn’t freedom, it’s domination.
This is why wellness and spirituality are so easily co-opted by authoritarian movements, historically and now. From 20th-century Europe to contemporary America, the pattern has unsettling consistency.
The enabling myth underneath all of it is simple:
You are separate. Your outcomes are yours alone. Your success proves your worth. Your freedom requires nothing of you in relation to others.
Interdependence is the truth of our reality
Interdependence is the antidote.
Healing, success, longevity, awakening, all of these are relational and contextual. Anything that says differently is lying, and likely to cause more harm than good.
When we approach any of these pursuits from a place rooted in interdependence, fascism loses its psychological grip.
You can’t sell individualism to people who know they belong to one another.
