It’s no secret that maintaining a strong social media presence is vital for businesses and individuals alike. It involves more than mere posting on your platforms. To optimize growth and engagement, consider the impact of hiring a social media manager. Entrusting a dedicated professional with the complexities of social media not only saves valuable time but also ensures a consistent online presence. Share your experience, do you currently have a social media manager for your business or you are your own manager? #socialmedia #socialmediamanager #socialmediamanagement #socialmedialeedstips

Are you facing challenges maintaining consistency in your business? I've been there too, and I want you to know that you're not alone in this struggle. Let me share a brief story with you. I had ambitious plans to establish my brand, yet here I am, posting my first update related to my work for the year. It's disheartening, I know. I kept procrastinating, convincing myself that I'd start fresh next year. During a conversation with a friend, he suggested, "Why not start now or at least try something? You still have the month of December, so what are you waiting for?" That was the push I needed, and also God telling me to ā€˜Take Action Now.' Here I am, taking that action just one month before the year ends. Why am I sharing this? Because I know there might be others like me out there. If you've been struggling to kickstart something, whether it's related to social media or not, I want you to know that you're not alone, and it's never too late to begin. You might feel like the year has slipped away, but isn't it better to start late than never? This is a call to those struggling with building their brand on social media. I'm looking for a journey buddy because I don't want to go alone. I invite you to join me on this path to consistency. Are you ready to take on this journey with me? #socialmedia #socialmediamanager #socialmediamanagement #femaleownedbusiness #smallbusinessng

You can run all the ads you want, spend all the money, post every single day, but that doesn’t guarantee anything. I follow this shoe vendor her on Instagram, and I noticed last year that she switched her strategy completely (which she also confirmed). She stopped running as many ads and started actually relating with people in her community. She built a Telegram community where she just has real conversations with people/ her customers, she also started collaborating with vendors in her space, like other businesses and she saw a great change. Because you can’t convince people to leave a brand they already trust. You just can’t. So, what do you do? You show them you’re also in their corner. You show up for them the same way that brand does. You let them see who you actually are. So, if you’re a small business owner and you’re wondering why your ads aren’t converting, maybe it’s not the ads. Maybe people just don’t know you yet. Start there… What’s one thing you do to build real connection with your audience? Drop it in the comments, I’d love to know. And on that note, I’M BACK!
