Day trip to Ronda. There was a planned stop at Setenil de las Bodegas, however it’s a national holiday weekend,so trying to find a parking spot was impossible. So Ronda was our one stop spot for the Day.
Sri Lanka - Fort Galle
The walled city or world heritage site was first built by the Portuguese in the 1500's then taken over by the Dutch, only to fall to the British. Galle was a major trading and shipping port for the spice and jewel trade. It was a fun day trip from our beach stay.
Unleashing the Adventure: Exploring Mission Trails Regional Park in San Diego with Mouse. California Lilac are blanketing the hills with a purple hue, spectacular site to see in person.
Final Day at Indian Wells - 3 hot days and 3 cold nights come to a climax. It was Quarterfinals day the first time both the men and women’s games have been all played on the same day. After a confusing start where organizers decided to halt general admission in Stadium 2 ( it had been included all other days if you purchased assigned seating in Stadium 1). Making it appear to be nothing but a cash grab by the organizers, I felt so sorry for all the volunteers who had to field the anger of the fans ( us included), informing everyone that they had to buy a last minute upgrade of $50.00 to view any games in stadium 2.
Well the universe sent the message to the organizers that day, by sending a swarm of bees to suspend play in stadium 1 for almost 2 hours.
All that aside the games viewed and the venue itself were all fantastic.
