These giant enforcers supervise the serfs that are forced to work the wastes, scouring the land for scrap. They often have a loved one held hostage to ensure their return. The overseers keep them in line either way.
Serfs will often fight to survive if provoked and even defend overseers to ensure they return back to their encampment, keeping their loved ones alive.
