The wraps create delicious crunchy layers while the seasoned pork mince stays tender and full of flavour. Recipe * 500g Australian pork mince – ALDI ($5.49) * Large wraps – ALDI ($3.69) (you’ll only need 4) * Mozzarella cheese – ALDI ($6.29) (use about ¼ of the pack) * Sweet paprika * Salt * Chilli flakes * Spray oil * 5 wooden skewers Method: 1. Prepare the mince: In a bowl, combine the pork mince with sweet paprika, salt, and chilli flakes. 2. Prepare the wraps: Stack 4 wraps and cut them into large squares. 3. Build the layers: Place one wrap square on a board and spread a very thin layer of mince right to the edges. Sprinkle with a little mozzarella. Top with another wrap square and repeat the process until all 4 wraps are used, finishing with a final layer of mince on top. Press down firmly to compact. 4. Cut and skewer: Slice the layered stack into 5 long strips (rectangles). Carefully insert a wooden skewer through the centre of each strip. 5. Air fry: Lightly spray with oil and cook in the air fryer at 190°C for approximately 15 minutes, turning every 5 minutes until golden and cooked through.
