Last Sunday we had the opportunity to be part of the Fluctoplasma Festival, where we presented our piece “What If – What If – Zwischen Archiv und Aufbruch” from Hang Su twice.
We were warmly welcomed by the amazing teams of Fluctoplasma and MARKK, and had the chance to talk with the audience not only about the unconventional use of the clothesline, but also about the themes behind our piece — raising awareness and reflection.
We’ll soon share a glimpse of the performance, but for now, here’s a look at what musicians actually do before a concert.

Am vergangenen Sonntag durften wir Teil des Fluctoplasma-Festivals sein und unser Stück „What If – What If – Zwischen Archiv und Aufbruch“ von Hang Su gleich zweimal präsentieren.
Wir wurden vom wunderbaren Team des Fluctoplasma und des MARKK herzlich empfangen und konnten mit dem Publikum nicht nur über die ungewöhnliche Nutzung der Wäscheleine sprechen, sondern auch über die Themen unseres Stücks – um Bewusstsein und Nachdenken anzuregen.
Bald teilen wir einen kleinen Einblick in die Performance – aber vorerst zeigen wir euch, was Musiker*innen wirklich tun, bevor ein Konzert beginnt.

I graduated! It seems like it’s been only a few days since I started at Oberlin.. but it’s been four years. I will miss my friends that I’ve at Oberlin so so much! I am excited to see what the future holds for myself and my fellow obies!
