✨ Retreats are officially Open ✨

And it’s finally happening 🤍

And in 2027… we’re heading to Baja 🌊

Grateful for these two 💕 Motherhood truly is the hardest and most rewarding part of my life. It’s going faster than I thought possible, trying to slow down and savor.
Sending love to all the mamas out there who are showing up and doing their best!

Maddox’s middle school sports experience was cut short again this year due to yet another broken finger, BUT he did have an awesome track meet and came in second place for the 200. 🙌🏼
Only one flag football game this season and one in 7th. Hopefully he leaves the single game per sport due to injury, in middle school!

13 years… 🤍
I started this with Maddox in the stroller, just before his first birthday with the best partner,
and now he’s about to start high school, which honestly feels impossible to even say out loud.
FIT4MOM wasn’t just something I did, it was my whole motherhood.
And somehow, I got to have the most amazing job… surrounding myself with women, movement, and showing up for our health, physically and mentally together. Keeping each other strong and honestly… sane most days. 💗
I got to raise my son alongside all of you, surrounded by strong, capable women who showed him what it looks like to take care of yourself and each other. That part will always mean everything to me.
And the friendships… not just mine, but the ones I’ve watched happen between all of you, that’s what I’m most proud of. That’s the magic. The village.
To every instructor who poured into this community, showed up and loved on these moms and kids like their own… thank you. You are such a huge part of what made this so special.
And to every single one of you who came to a class, pushed a stroller, showed up on a hard day, or just needed a place to belong… thank you for being part of this. You’re the reason it became what it is. 🥰
Thank you for letting me be part of your lives for the past 13 years. Truly.
This isn’t the end… just a shift into something new.
I’m still here and expanding into my next chapter.
Maddox wanted to go snowboarding for his birthday 🎁, so he got to bring a friend to Tahoe. It was so much fun and his first bring a friend trip. He’s growing up and it brought back so many memories from when I got to too. Remember Tahoe @wcustombuilders when we were 16?!
Gunner was a trooper boarding mostly Blue runs for his first time on a board and M wants to try Black diamonds next time and I’ll just keep skiing my big S and enjoying the views! 😬. Can’t wait until next season! 🥰

Maddox’s Golden Birthday ✨ I can’t believe he’s 14! It’s been such an incredible experience to be his mom. The teen years have been challenging, but I’m so grateful to be this guys moms and experience a love like no other.
Happy birthday Maddox! You’re incredible and can’t wait to see you soar! 🎉✨🥰

Today, March 12 is Hashimoto’s Awareness Day.
A few weeks ago I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and Hypothyroidism. I’m sharing this not for sympathy, but for awareness. Autoimmune diseases can be hard to spot, and the symptoms are easy to dismiss or blame on other things.
I’ve since learned that about 5% of the population has Hashimoto’s, and it most commonly affects women. 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed.
For several years I had this feeling that something in my body just wasn’t right.
The weight gain that didn’t make sense.
The brain fog that made me feel like I wasn’t as sharp as I used to be. The fatigue.
Working in fitness and wellness actually made it more frustrating at times. I move my body regularly and try to take good care of my health, yet I could see and feel the inflammation in my body. Some days I’d look in the mirror and just feel puffy and uncomfortable in my own skin, and it was hard not to question what I was doing wrong.
For a long time I assumed it was just Perimenopause, which felt like the obvious explanation for my age, but
If something feels off in your body, keep asking questions and advocating for yourself.
Sometimes we know something isn’t right before the tests catch up or you run the right test.
For now, I’m learning, adjusting, and giving my body a little more grace than I did before. 💛 #hashimotos #hypothroyidism #autoimmune
My heart is so light and full of love and gratitude 💗 I took a leap and time for myself, that I didn’t realize how much I needed, but I did.
Baja was pure magic ✨ The beautiful retreat my friend @olissaflow and @tessamanning.yoga put on was incredible and so healing for my soul. The sun and the Sea of Cortez were so healing and this will not be forgotten. I got to see my oldest and dearest friend, where sometimes years go by(2 since the last time we got to be together) and like family, it feels like no time has passed.
Thank you Mexico for the amazing trip! 💗 🇲🇽🌊🌞
What a fun run of CYO to watch over the years! Maddox played his last cyo game today in the playoffs. No win, but they made them sweat, and as always, it’s just so fun to watch them play! 🙌🏼
Lots of lessons and growth over the years! And I made it without getting thrown out too! 😂
So proud of this kid and I hope there’s more basketball in his future! 💗🏀

First time steal head fishing and I’m hooked. Such a beautiful day in the river and along the coast. Perfect reset with the best company.
Thank you for a great day @landymansdad 😘
