I listened to this song beside the sea on vinyl in a beautiful shop full of records and hand painted postcards. My two new friends played record after record as I danced with myself and the other special souls who travel with me by spirit always. Ivone sings about walking our own paths and bearing whatever fruit or lesson they may bring, for in the end they are ours. I am grateful for Sequoiah’s path. I feel so loved in Brasil🦋💛✨

The book of life Chapter 26. She’s is exactly who she thinks she is ❤️🌹🦋

This year has truly been my time with my body. Exploration in ways I’ve never experienced before. I feel myself changing as I enter new phases, ages and discover new practices of dance and movement that shape me physically and spiritually. I’ve leaned into that with full self- passion, intentionally aloof to perception and allowing myself to blossom solely for the sake of my own garden. 💚🦋 When @shaunaydavis invited me to explore these very themes through her beautiful movement and muse creation, I felt so naturally drawn in. It really is a blessing to feel connected to our beings, to enjoy ourselves for the sake of living and to connect, because it’s medicine 🤍 Thank you @shaunaydavis for your mind and this heart-full experience ❤️ and my beautiful sisters in movement @chocolate_chun_li and @the_good_guy91 💋 and to @co__dance for hosting a beautiful night of family and art 🦋✨🪽

To live this life as Sequoiah is such a blessing 🥹🌳🧚🏽‍♀️ lately I have been exploring all of my passions alongside one another and am so grateful for my growing roots in film, modeling, dance, and the unity of our bodies with Earth so we may always grow and expand. I’m very proud of myself and looking forward to a beautiful fall season ✨✨✨
