When I move, I’m not thinking about steps. I’m thinking about energy—how it travels through my body and meets the music.
This is where strength actually comes from.
👉 Not just force, but range.
👉 Not just movement, but control.
If you don’t stretch with intention, that energy has nowhere to travel. And without that, full control of the body is impossible.
This is why I train this way. One shape feeding the next. Energy flowing continuously through the body, preparing it to actually perform. 🔥
