We're pleased to announce our appointment to deliver the transformation of the top two levels at 65 York Street, Sydney CBD.
The project will repurpose the floors into a contemporary, open-plan workplace, incorporating upgraded amenities, enhanced collaboration spaces, and an extension of the top-floor plate to include a large conference, training facility, entertaining area including external kitchen and bar. With heritage and council engagement forming a key part of the approval’s pathway, early planning is already underway.
A fantastic project and a great addition to our portfolio of workspace transformations.
We’re pleased to announce the award of the Pioneer House Refurbishment at the University of Notre Dame Australia – Broadway Campus.

Projects like these remind us why planning and proactive communication are so essential. From strategic structural reconfigurations to ensuring compliance with BCA & DDA standards, our team rose to the challenge with precision and care.
Here’s to the processes that make complex fit-outs run smoothly.
Stage 1B of the University of New England project
This fit-out took things up a level - transforming the ground floor into highly functional education and healthcare spaces with clinical labs, student commons, control rooms and more.
It’s always satisfying to see the spaces we deliver come to life and support great outcomes for our clients and end users.
Throwback to our work on University of New England – Stage 1A fit-out!

Milestone Achieved - Generator Changeover Complete
A major step forward on our medical fitout project in Spring Hill, Brisbane, with the successful crane lift removing the old generator and installing the new unit.
This milestone represents the completion of all major plant equipment required to deliver a stand-alone 24/7 Class 9a day hospital. The scale of infrastructure delivered has been significant, with all equipment carefully positioned across 10 Con-form plant decks between the plant balcony and roof space. The scope has included a new chiller plant, eight AHU units, external condenser units, humidification systems, a chiller complete with water treatment and pumps, medical gas infrastructure including liquid nitrogen line and suction plant, as well as the hot water plant, pumps and critical fans.
Executing works of this complexity within a live operational building required meticulous staging, detailed coordination and an uncompromising commitment to safety at every step.
A huge thank you to the teams who made this complex operation run seamlessly, including Manns Logan Cranes, Keene Electrical Services, BOC South Pacific, Smartcorp Plumbing, SIG Roofing Group, Con-form Group and Ascot Air
We also acknowledge our design and delivery partners Evolved Engineering and Dunnings Consulting Engineers for their outstanding coordination, planning and execution throughout, all while keeping the facility fully operational without disruption.
This lift marks a critical milestone as we move into final connections and commissioning. A strong result driven by teamwork, professionalism and a shared focus on delivering resilient healthcare infrastructure.

Precision in a constrained environment.
Delivering works within an occupied office presented challenges around access, safety, and trade coordination. Tight work zones and live interfaces required disciplined site management and clear communication across all teams.
Maintaining high safety standards and a well-managed site was essential to delivering consistent progress without impacting occupants.
Performance behind the scenes.
A core requirement of the project was maintaining all building and tenant systems online throughout the works. Careful coordination enabled upgrades and relocations of services while ensuring uninterrupted operation across the floor.
The result was a seamless transition between stages, with no delays to the overall program and uninterrupted day-to-day functionality.
