18,000 kids would go hungry every day if it weren’t for ONFE.
A sold out Canadian Tire Centre filled seat by seat, not with hockey fans, but with children relying on a school breakfast program to start their day. That’s the reality facing our community right now.
Through 232 schools across Ottawa, ONFE is making sure students have access to a nutritious meal before the bell rings. For many, it’s the most nutritious meal they’ll have all day.
That’s why we’re proud to donate $100,000 to @onfe_rope to help ensure kids across our city start their day with full bellies and the support they need to learn, play, grow, and simply be kids.
The need is growing, and so is the importance of showing up for our community. We’re all heart, and we’re all in.
