Real Talk zum Thema Wintertraining, dieser Winter fällt mir gerade echt schwer, mich für mein Golf Game zu motivieren. Klar ich mache meine Fitness Übungen, damit ich nicht komplett raus bin, aber ich bin einfach happy, wenn mein Keller endlich fertig ist und ich dann richtig mit dem Wintertraining starten kann.
Bis dahin heißt es trotzdem dranbleiben, auch wenn es manchmal mehr Disziplin als Motivation ist. 🫶🏽

Real talk about winter training, this winter is honestly hitting me pretty hard when it comes to staying motivated with my golf game. I still do my fitness sessions so I do not completely fall off, but I will be truly happy once my basement is finally finished and I can properly start my winter training.
Until then it is all about staying consistent, even when it takes more discipline than motivation.

Die Tage werden kälter und nasser, was aber kein Grund ist, nicht trotzdem auf der Driving Range zu sein, um an meinem Swing zu arbeiten. Momentan versuche ich, mich komplett auf das Tempo und meinen Rhythmus zu konzentrieren nach meiner Griffumstellung im Frühsommer. Auch wenn ich weiß, dass ich noch viel Arbeit vor mir habe, bin ich momentan recht zufrieden mit der Richtung, aber Länge lässt noch zu wünschen übrig, also wer Tipps und Tricks hat, feel free.

The days are getting colder and wetter, but that’s no reason not to be out on the driving range working on my swing. At the moment I’m trying to focus completely on my tempo and rhythm after my grip change earlier this summer. Even though I know there’s still a lot of work ahead of me, I’m pretty happy with the direction, the distance just isn’t quite there yet, so if you have any tips or tricks, feel free to share. #golf #ratemyswing

Step by step, dropping strokes and chasing bogeys. On August 31st I played my first tournament breaking 100 carded a 99 and smashed my HCPI from 34.2 straight down to 25.2. At the end it’s just numbers, but without goals there’s no grind 🫰🏽 Now it’s back to the range, rolls and tournament mode !
Next mission: getting closer to that 20!

🇬🇧 Sunday knock done. Played a solid round, starting to feel the ball, bit by bit. Couple of ropey three-putts bit of a mess, but we move.
Slowly getting there. Next one’s gonna be better.
🇩🇪 War echt ne gute Runde, so langsam bekomme ich ein Ballgdfühl. Drei Mal 3- Putts…bisschen zu wild, aber ey, es wird langsam. Step by Step! Nächste Runde kann kommen.
