When @expandcontent gets you behind the lens… 📷 I thought it was about time for an introduction as there are a lot of new followers around here lately… My name is Sophie, owner and director of Semble Property. 👋🏼 I’m a mum to three gorgeous kids and wife to an incredibly supportive husband, Will. When I’m not running around after the kids, I’m working on one of our projects. My passion for property started from an early age thanks to my Dad who was a real estate agent for over 30 years. I would always follow each of his listings with great interest and help him with open inspections. That combined with my love of interiors, property development quickly became a career I wanted to pursue. Will and I first started doing property development as a side hustle and have since completed over 20 homes. When Will isn’t working on his own business, he is helping me with @semble_property 🫶🏻 I absolutely love what I do - from finding the right site, briefing and working with the designer to ensure every one of our homes is unique, hand selecting each interior selection as if it were our own home, working with our incredible suppliers and trades, regular onsite meetings and finally, working with a great build team - Alliance Construction/Adelaide Green Homes! From the staff in-house to the construction and project managers onsite, we truly have the best team and I love working with them on each project 🙌🏻 A big thank you to our followers! 🙏🏻 We currently have three projects on the go at Aldinga Beach, South Brighton and Somerton Park and can’t wait to continue to share more of these with you soon.

~ Project Oleander ~ Construction update on our South Brighton project, ‘Oleander’. 2 x custom two storey detached homes currently under construction with stunning uninterrupted sea views from the living areas, bedrooms and balconies 🙌🏻 Both homes with tiled concrete swimming pools. 💦 Construction due for completion November 2026. ~ 2025 Recap ~ We finally got a chance to sit down and reflect on the year that was and, what a year it has been… 😅 ~ Project Oleander, South Brighton - construction has commenced! Slabs have been poured, structural steel is up and timber framing is underway. Two stunning homes, both with sea views, coming to the market at the end of 2026… 🙌🏻🙌🏻 ~ Bayside - finalising the final little details and at the stage of the build where every selection gets brought to life… ✨ ~ Salt on Fleurieu - it is an absolute honour to have been awarded the UDIASA 2025 Design Excellence Award for our Esplanade, Aldinga Beach project 🏆 ~ NEW Esplanade project - a big part of 2025 was spent securing, planning and designing what will be out biggest and most exciting project yet… With planning approval received, we can’t wait to share more with you soon.
