Day 93/100 | Chest
Back in the big city, back in a proper gym. Which means one thing β access to heavier weights again. Exactly what was missing.
Chest day.
Working the chest and remembering my early gym years, when the pump got so intense I could barely bring my arms together after the session.
Some feelings return instantly.
The body remembers what real load is.
Have you ever come back to the right setup and felt the old response switch on again? π

Day 92/100 | Outdoor Pull-ups
Muscle is one thing.
But 92 days of uninterrupted strength work comes with a cost.
The body gets tighter, heavier, more loaded. And to bring it back into balance, I have to spend more and more time on stretching and release work.
I donβt want to lose flexibility in the process.
These days I can really feel my back β and all of its unevenness.
At some point, training is no longer just about building more.
Itβs also about keeping the body from hardening around the progress.
Have you ever felt strength work slowly make the body less free? π

Day 91/100
Losing a bit of bodyweight again.
A lot of moving around, inconsistent meals, not enough food overall. That part is showing.
At the same time, the body looks leaner and more defined.
So now the plan is clear: one more push on bodyweight to finish these 100 days on a stronger note.
Sometimes the scale goes down while the shape gets sharper.
The body does not always speak in one signal.
Have you ever looked lighter on paper but better in the mirror? π

Day 90/100
Still doing strength workouts in the morning, before breakfast, right after yoga.
The feeling is excellent. The body switches on well, and the energy stays with me through the day.
Now Iβm thinking about adding one hour of sleep during the day to improve recovery even further β not only at night, but across the whole system.
At this point, the question is no longer whether training works.
The question is how well I can support recovery to match it.
Have you ever felt that one extra hour of rest could change the whole quality of the process? π

Day 89/100 | Back
Training is happening early in the morning now β before 9 AM, right after waking up.
Interesting experience. I had never done strength work at this hour before, but it turned out to be a very rational decision.
The whole day stays free from thinking about the gym, while the body is fully switched on from the very start of the morning.
Strength levels are still high. Bodyweight dropped a bit, but muscle mass is already pushing visibly through the skin.
Sometimes the smartest training decision is not harder work, but better timing.
Have you ever found that training early changed your whole day? π

Day 88/100 | Shoulders
Shoulder day.
Now the workouts are happening early in the morning, before breakfast. Testing a new schedule.
So far, I like it. The whole day stays open, and instead of draining me, the session feels like a source of energy.
Itβs a different rhythm β lighter in structure, but stronger in effect.
Sometimes the best part of training is not what it takes from you, but what it gives back.
Have you ever found that morning training gave you more energy than it used? π

Day 87/100 | Legs
Going even deeper into the sensation of each muscle fiber.
Right now the focus is on building a more harmonious physique, so Iβm paying closer attention to the areas that are lagging specifically in shape, not just in strength.
This phase is less about chasing numbers and more about refining the form β making the body look more complete, balanced, and intentional.
At some point, growth stops being only about size.
It becomes about proportion.
Have you ever noticed that the real work starts when you stop training for mass alone? π

86/100 | Abs
Decided to give abs their own separate day.
Usually this work gets placed next to bigger muscle groups, but I want to study this part of the body in isolation and understand it more precisely.
The main principle stays the same: the muscle has to reach failure to create a real growth signal.
Sometimes a body part starts changing only when you stop treating it like an accessory.
Have you ever separated one area just to understand how it really works? π

Day 85/100 | Chest
The weight that once felt serious now feels like a warm-up.
Chest has always grown fast for me, and it still does. But that only makes the next limitation more obvious.
Right now the middle of the body needs real attention β abs and lower back especially. Without that, the structure starts losing balance.
The stronger one zone becomes, the more clearly the weak points reveal themselves.
Have you ever had one fast-growing area expose the parts you were undertraining? π

Day 84/100 | Shoulders
Started training during the day.
Best decision of the challenge so far.
Strength feels high, and the workout gives energy instead of draining it.
I may start alternating training times β daytime works great, but evening still has its own benefits.
Bodyweight keeps rising in small steps.
The right hour changes the whole system.
Have you ever noticed your best training window? π

Day 83/100 | Legs
Since my small gym canβt properly load my legs, I went to a nearby city to train in a bigger one.
Trained early in the day, around 12 PM, and the difference was obvious β the state during the workout and after it felt much better.
Iβm seriously thinking of keeping this as a rule: earlier strength sessions seem to work better for my system.
Sometimes progress is not just about what you train, but where and when you train it.
Have you ever noticed how much the right gym and the right hour can change the whole session? π
