I made mussels in a tomato sauce with some brown rice pasta (tastier than I thought it would be) and gluten free charcoal sourdough (also tastier than I thought it would be)
Ingredients for the sauce
1 onion, 4 garlic cloves, 1 can of organic tomatoes, a heavy pour of some organic white wine, a touch of brown sugar, a big pinch of salt, exactly 10 mussels, a squeeze of lemon, an excessive amount of parsley, oh and some Italian herbs.
Add your pasta of choice and a side of bread and enjoy ;)
