Out SOON 🔥 GET ME HIGH – JUNGLE REMIX Roots Raid Remixed by ViniSelecta & Youthman “Get Me High” is an original track by Roots Raid. Built on a groovy, guitar-rich minimalist riddim, it has inspired numerous versions featuring well-known singers from the dub scene, as well as a mega-mix bringing them all together. Under Marina P, Shanti D, Mighty Cricket, Little R and Mighty Ginsu’s flow, the bassline bounces playfully, the atmosphere is laid-back and mellow — a true sativa high. But ViniSelecta & Youthman had something very different in mind. The “high” they inject into their remix comes from the adrenaline rush of early Jungle Drum & Bass — a sound that’s lived in them since the late ’90s.
