Big progress happening on site at ALDI Delacombe.
Our team was back on site this week and there’s been plenty of movement since the last visit - with approximately 75% of the precast panels now installed, rafters going up and roofing scheduled to commence by the end of the month.
Retaining walls are also taking shape, while stormwater infrastructure is being installed through the loading dock area as the project continues to move ahead at pace.
There’s now so much happening on site that we’ll be increasing our visits to fortnightly to stay closely connected with progress and continue supporting the project team through delivery. #RetailDevelopment #GeelongArchitects #CommercialArchitecture #MelbourneArchitects #RetailDesignSpecialists

Despite a challenging week of weather last week, @mainbraceconstructions are continuing to push ahead on site with earthworks progressing well.
Retaining walls to the loading dock are now installed, footings and in-ground services are complete, and the team is working through the ongoing challenge of preparing the first slab pour between rain events.
Projects don’t stop for the weather - they adapt, push forward and keep finding solutions.
