Hit the ground running between April and May. Met new friends and allies, explored new haunts, new places to eat olives. My happy thoughts always tucked safely and carefully in my best pockets, of course.

I didn't get a chance to take myself out on an artist's date this week, so I did the next best thing: finally make it easier to paint.

Yesterday for five minutes I took Eminem's advice and lost myself in the music of his song "Lose Yourself" - its words have always been the type of egging on that can get me to dance/work out nonstop with abandonment for 5 minutes, NO pauses.
