It’s time for some more Seipp tap handles! A big thanks to @ripcutworkshop for making these beauties for us. And look at this special mini-handle that is already hard at work pouring beer at one of Chicago’s newest and sportiest bars. Any guesses as to which bar?

We wanted to do something special for the holiday season so we made a special beer. For your winter sipping pleasure, we present Seipp’s Bourbon Barrel-aged Columbia Bock. A portion of the batch spent 12 months resting in a @judsonandmoore bourbon whiskey barrel, adding gentle vanilla, soft oak tannin, and a hint of spirit warmth. At 7.2%, it drinks easier than it has any right to. This brew is especially limited and only available on draft at a few spots around Chicago. To add a little adventure to the mid-winter, let’s have a treasure hunt to see who can find the BBA Bock when you are out and about. Here is a hint for one of the places you can find a pint: This lovely taproom is located on a historic Chicago avenue that was referred to as the Snell Toll Road in the 1880s until an angry mob burned the Snell Toll House down in 1890.
