In verband met een toenemend aantal internationale projecten talks Sef sometimes in a sort of combination van Dutch en Engels. Dat weet ze zelf misschien niet, maar nu leest ze het op Instagram dus is het waar.
Gooi Champions League-niveau projectplanning en communicatieskills in de blender. Het resultaat? Sef in haar rol binnen de Social Club. ‘’Kunnen jullie een voorbeeld noemen?’’, horen wij u - ons miljoenenpubliek - vragen. Ohjazeker.
Je kent ‘t wel. Zo’n vergadering waarvoor 221 mensen van 33 afdelingen worden uitgenodigd om kriskras door elkaar over communicatie te praten. Want daar heeft iedereen verstand van. Dan luistert Sef mee, filtert ze de relevantie en gooit ze het in een met militaire perfectie uitgewerkte projectplanning. Met haarfijne duiding over wat het doel is, hoe we daar komen, met wie, wanneer en waddakost. Goud waard.
Sef studeerde in Nimma (Nijmegen), woonde daar en in Damsco (Amsterdam), en is geboren en nu weer vaak werkzaam in Oss (Oss). Is inderdaad dochter van die andere Sprangers (Frenk).
