🚨 Podcast Update 🚨 We’ve got some bittersweet news to share… After an incredible run on the Seen on Screen podcast, David has officially stepped away from the podcast to pursue his lifelong dream… Opening a craft brewery pizza shop: The Name – Microbrewery Inspired Neapolitan Ales While we’re devastated to see him go, we can’t say we’re surprised. If you’ve listened to even one episode, you know this has been brewing (pun very much intended). David left us with one final quote that really says it all: “For those living under a rock… pizza is the greatest food on the planet, especially when I make it. But when I started pairing it with my sweet micro home brews… I knew I had found my true calling.” We’d be lying if we said David didn’t have other offers… Before launching his own Brewery Pizzeria experience, he was briefly in talks with the now-infamous pizza chain: Austin Cheeza Known for: • ❌ “Queso crust” that legally couldn’t be called cheese • ❌ A bold “BBQ Pineapple Ranch Supreme” • ❌ And a loyalty program that somehow lost you points David ultimately turned them down, stating: “I have standards… and also taste buds.” Rumors say Austin Cheeza is now pivoting to “pizza-adjacent experiences,” whatever that means. #podcast #breakingnews #pizzas #brewery #aprilfools
