An homage to Melbourne’s most iconic drink but remixed for the Cabramatta palette.
Punchy cold brew balanced out with a smooth layer of slightly sweetened cream. To max out the flavour notes, we fragrance the cream with freshly grated nutmeg, orange zest and a sprinkle of 33% cocoa powder.
Bold, harmonious, caffeine packed.
Strictly no straw for this one. 🙅🏻♂️

MOLLY HAD A DOLLY
molly this molly that 👀
high quality silver jasmine used for it’s fragrance and delicate floral aroma is paired with @procaldairies jersey milk to give a smooth rounded base.
We then top that with a beautiful shizuoka matcha cream and a touch of kinako powder - visually reminiscent of jasmine blossom flowers in a field of grass.
stir the vibrant green with the white and enjoy 🌪️

LOVE OOLONG TIME
we fell in love with an amazing drink combination from our previous trip to Singapore.
this drink leans towards the sweeter side with a butterscotch made in-house infused with oolong tea and balanced out with white miso.
we top it up with @procaldairies jersey milk and layer it with a fresh airy espresso freddo made with a double shot of @stitch.coffee blackfield blend. To add that roasted note, we finish with a dusting of black sesame that’s visually reminiscent of dried oolong tea leaves.
like a long love story - you get a bit of sweet, a bit of bitterness but a cup that you’ll miso much.

Was lucky enough to do a tour of @sonomabakery as we begin testing some recipes out for our long-awaited focaccia deli-style sandwiches at @seekercafe . 🥪
SO worth learning about the process for focaccia to get it to the quality that Sonoma do it at. Behind their doors, felt like i was at a willy wonka chocolate factory but for all things bread. Huuuuge machinery, passionate people, premium products. No joke felt like i needed to put google maps whilst in there 🗺️
We’ll be using sonoma focaccia for our deli-style sandwiches which will be coming very soon, thanks for the wait everyone! 👨🏻🍳
