I just want to say that I have always been fascinated by photography and just documenting in general. I honestly don’t know why… but when I picked up a camera twenty-some years ago I never thought my photos would hang on someones wall let alone in a museum. It’s weird how sometimes just following what you love gets you mixed up in all sorts of cool shit.

So to anyone out there that loves something, whatever it is, my advice is to follow that! Yeah you might not be able to stop working your 9 to 5, but if you create time for the things you love and continue to progress at them, I’m telling you, it’s worth it!

So @geraudblanks entered us into the @tellyawards and never bothered to mentioned it to me… One day I woke up to a notification that we had gotten 2nd place. I never really thought I would have been proud of winning an award like this… but I am! Sometimes it’s cool to be reassured that hey, I’m kinda good at this shit! 🤣🙏🙌
Anyways I am beyond thankful to have worked with all the talented people involved in this project and excited for the next!

Check out the homie @jugo_10k put up one of his “Road Rash” Comics in our creative space at our office! “Road Rash” is a BMX comic strip that pokes fun at some of the things that happen in and out of bmx…. In this one some cellar doors(cellar doors are heavily ridden bmx spots) chat about summer coming to an end and dreaming of a long overdue vacation!
Julius’ comics have been published in @challengerbmxmag … and I’m just pumped to have this lil comic strip hanging in our space!
