أعلنت شركة عقارات السيف ش.م.ب. (رمز التداول في بورصة البحرين: SEEF) إحدى أبرز شركات التطوير العقاري وإدارة الأصول المتكاملة في مملكة البحرين، عن نتائجها المالية للربع الأول المنتهي في 31 مارس 2026.
وقد سجّلت الشركة أرباحًا صافية ودخلًا شاملًا عائدين على مساهمي الشركة الأم بقيمة 0.97 مليون دينار بحريني خلال الربع الأول من عام 2026، مقارنةً مع 1.22 مليون دينار بحريني للفترة نفسها من العام الماضي، بانخفاض بلغت نسبته 20.98%. ويُعزى هذا الإنخفاض بشكل رئيسي إلى تداعيات التطورات الإقليمية خلال الفترة الماضية والتي أثّرت على أداء قطاعي الترفيه والضيافة، إلى جانب التراجع النسبي في وتيرة الإنفاق الاستهلاكي .
ورغم ذلك، واصلت الشركة تنفيذ مشاريعها الاستراتيجية وخططها التشغيلية وفق نهجٍ يركّز على تعزيز الكفاءة وتنويع مصادر الدخل، بما يدعم استدامة النمو خلال الفترات المقبلة.

Seef Properties B.S.C. (trading code: SEEF), one of the leading real estate development and integrated asset management companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain, announced its financial results for the first quarter ended 31 March 2026.
The Company reported Net Profit and Total Comprehensive Income attributable to shareholders of the parent of BD0.97 million during the first quarter of 2026, compared with BD1.22 million for the same period last year, representing a decrease of 20.98%. This decline is mainly attributed to the repercussions of regional developments during the past period, which affected the performance of the entertainment and hospitality sectors, in addition to a relative slowdown in consumer spending.
Meanwhile, the Company continued to implement its strategic projects and operational plans through an approach focused on enhancing efficiency and diversifying income streams, supporting sustainable growth in the coming periods.
