From August 8-15, we are partnering with the African Leadership Academy to bring together 65 educators from Africa, the Middle East, South Asia, the United States, and the United Kingdom for the Seeds of Peace Global Dialogue Lab in South Africa.
We are looking for educators who want the opportunity to gain skills in dialogue facilitation and develop strategies to bridge differences in schools and classrooms, while connecting to our global community of educators.

40 young people.
From across London.
All different.
This weekend, I had the privilege of being part of a dialogue residential in partnership with Future Leaders and Seeds of Peace.
We cried.
We laughed.
We disagreed.
But we stayed.
And that matters.
Because right now, it can feel like everything is pulling apart.
I’ve felt that personally too, especially after the attack on my community in Golders Green.
But in that room, I saw something different.
Young people choosing to lean in.
To listen.
To challenge.
To connect.
Not perfectly. But honestly.
At Solutions Not Sides, we talk about fault lines in society. This weekend, you could feel them all. Identity. Belonging. Race. Religion.
And still, they chose each other.
There are voices out there trying to divide us.
This group chose the opposite.
They’re not just the future.
They’re shaping things now.
And honestly, I left feeling more hopeful than I expected.

Seeds of Peace is seeking a Project Manager to support the execution of our Global Dialogue Lab in August in South Africa.
This intensive eight-day pilot program, focused on dialogue-based leadership and conflict transformation, connects 65 educators from around the world. The Project Manager will ensure that pre/post-programming, recruitment, international travel logistics, and the on-site experience run seamlessly.
This is a unique opportunity to manage a high-impact initiative that bridges geographies and disciplines to transform school cultures.

When young people from conflict regions come together, they don’t fracture or retreat. Instead, they challenge each other—and take on the serious work of learning how to bridge divides.
At this year's Seeds of Peace Negotiation & Mediation Program, 40 young leaders gathered in Edinburgh, Scotland, to learn the practical skills to navigate conflict, hold complexity, and create meaningful change at home 🌱
The program was once again facilitated by Bob Bordone, a Senior Fellow at Harvard Law School and Founder of the Harvard Law School Negotiation & Mediation Clinical Program as well as the Cambridge Negotiation Institute. He was joined by Toby Berkman, Senior Mediator at the Consensus Building Institute, and Kyle Grover, who teaches negotiation at Georgetown University Law Center.
Congratulations to this incredible group of young leaders. We can’t wait to see how you bring these lessons back into your communities 🌍

The 2026 South Asia Regional Leadership Camp in Sri Lanka has come to a close!
For two weeks, 40 young leaders from India and Pakistan lived, learned, and worked together through dialogue, shared challenges, creativity, and daily camp life.
We’re grateful to the campers, staff, and partners who made this space, modeled after the Seeds of Peace Camp, possible.
We are excited to share that the Seeds of Peace Camp is on the move! We will be holding the 2026 Camp in Devon, England (UK), next summer.
New camper and staff applications are now open.

We’re bringing our community together for a very special online gathering to celebrate the young changemakers who carry the Seeds of Peace spirit into the world.
Join us as we hear from young Seeds who have stepped up—leading, creating, organising, and inspiring their communities in powerful ways.
Their stories remind us why this movement matters and what becomes possible when young people choose courage and compassion.
Whether you’ve been to the Seeds of Peace Camp or not, you’re a part of this community—and we’d love for everyone to be in the room. Come learn, celebrate, and be inspired by the young leaders who make Seeds of Peace what it is.
