My name is Katya and I am the creator of Seeds of Dreams. Welcome to my world!
Before delving into the cacao ceremonies I offer, I believe it's important to share my personal experience of closely interacting with cacao and people through it. Not being native to this tradition, I was searching for my own path and unique approach. It took me considerable time to synchronize with my understanding of cacao in general and how I wanted to shape its role in my practice.
First of all, I am deeply inspired by it. For me, this ancient drink is about CONTACT. This contact rises within oneself. It connects us with our deepest essence, our silence, truth, soul, and heart. Cacao enhances our sensitivity, clarifies our vision, and connects us with our innermost nature.
Since 2009, I have been guiding meditations, and this background significantly shapes the way my cacao ceremonies unfold. Rooting from my deep connection with Buddhist philosophy, which I have been practicing for nearly 15 years, my cacao ceremonies at Seeds of Dreams are infused with the principles of Buddhism, mindfulness and meditation.
I often refer to the cup of cacao as a "date with yourself.” From this holistic, grounded, and connected state, it has the power to transform any contact with the outside world and with people into a different quality. Every interaction becomes deeper and juicier.
It is a beautiful experience to create with cacao, to speak heart to heart. It heightens our attentiveness, receptiveness, and empathy, while also serving as a gateway to our true dreams. Getting in touch with cacao, we should keep in mind that it is a delicate and tender medicine. It requires us to listen and be attuned to its subtle, soft, and gentle effects. Ah! This magical journey with cacao, the Drink of Love!
I have been in a relationship with cacao for over three years and have developed several basic types of ceremonies. And I am always open to discussing and creating personalized rituals dedicated to your specific intentions, vision, and life circumstances. Cacao is a powerful tool to unlock deeper insights, understanding, and realization in any life situation, stage, and conditions.
Behind Seeds of Dreams is me, mainly me... I'm Katya. And I wish to share a bit about myself because Seeds of Dreams and I are one.
I am an aesthete, and beauty and harmony in everything are very important to me. There are no external criteria or laws that guide me in understanding and expressing this harmony and beauty. I rely solely on my inner vision, feelings, and intuition. They are the only guiding forces in my life, and it is through them that I discovered my Cacao Dao and created my Dream Nest on Koh Phangan.
In my life, I find immense support and guidance through honesty, the wisdom of the heart, a clear mind, intuition, and embracing the present moment. These principles align closely with my perception of the world, which is greatly influenced by Buddhist philosophy.
I began traveling at the age of 19 when I purchased a one-way ticket to India and departed from Moscow, leaving everything behind. And this was the beginning of my journey to myself, the path of authenticity and deep connection to life.
I was impressed by the lives of the solo-traveling women I met there, who had the spirit of freedom, integrity, power, and at the same time, femininity emanating from them. And now, I can say that I have become that very woman. I am living my dream, embodying it fully. This journey is a challenge, a responsibility, and a path that requires immense strength. Yet, it is the only path for me.
Each day, I consciously make choices, taking full responsibility for them, and faithfully following the guidance of my heart. This is a path where the heart and mind harmoniously align. May my journey serve as inspiration, encouraging you to pursue your dreams!
✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
In the meantime, let me share some facts about myself. Swipe left to discover! And I would be grateful if you also share some interesting events from your life that have shaped your personality. That way we can get to know each other better.
It started on February 21, 2020. I remember it very well because it was Maha Shivratri night. And I always tell people that I didn’t choose cacao. Cacao chose me, and this is how it happened.
In February 2020, I met a woman and her family who were going through a tough time. Despite not being close friends and not knowing them well, I was able to help her overcome it.
At that time, the woman had already been immersed in the world of chocolate in Koh Phangan for seven years. For her, it wasn’t just a job. As it is for me now, it was her true calling and way of life — the world of chocolate and cacao.
I remember riding my bike under the starry sky, heading to the woman’s house, and asking myself why I was doing this. I knew very well that my children were missing me at that moment, being put to bed by the nanny. However, it was crystal clear to me that this was the only way for me. If I could help, I would help. And it brought me so much peace and light!
I knew nothing about cacao at that point, but the woman began to believe that I might be the person capable of nurturing the magic of chocolate, the one who could carry it forward after her and continue walking this path.
When she made me this offer, I vividly recall my heart screaming YES! The resonance of that yes echoed throughout my being. It was such a deep and absolute yes. However, on the level of my mind, I was completely confused. I questioned myself, “Am I crazy? What am I going to do with 100 kg of cacao seeds, and why did I say yes?”
I took that night, the night of Mahashivaratri on February 21, 2020, to think. Yet, deep down, I knew the decision had already been made. It was a beautiful and clear response.
And so, I accepted. From that point, I can say that my cacao dao began.
The Reset: Reshaping Your Life and Building Change That Actually Holds
At Seeds of Dreams we hold space not only for music and celebration, but also for conversations that matter deeply to being human. This gathering is an honest and grounded exploration of what it means to start over, to shed old identities, and to build something new from the inside out.
📅 May , 23 🕖 10:00–12:00 📍 Seeds of Dreams 🎟️ Donation based
Steve Carr BCAh will speak openly about the real work of personal transformation. Not the curated version. The messy, uncertain, sometimes terrifying version that most people don’t talk about.
He will explore why so many attempts at change collapse, how the body holds old patterns long after the mind has decided to move on, and what it actually takes to build a life that feels like yours.
This is not a motivational talk and not a list of strategies. It is a human conversation about identity, courage, and the kind of change that doesn’t fade when life gets hard again.
We will also look at what it means to let go of who you were in order to become who you are. How grief and transition are often the same thing. And how rebuilding, done honestly, can become the most meaningful chapter of your life.
You are welcome whether you come with a story, a question, or simply the feeling that something needs to shift.
Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is admit that the old version of the story no longer fits.

🙏 I’m Katya, founder of Seeds of Dreams and your meditation guide. With 15+ years as a Buddhist practitioner, I previously led a Meditation Center in Moscow for 9 years. Dharma is my path and heart.
🤎 I call cacao Liquid Love - perfect for cultivating loving intention. Join us in the peaceful Seeds of Dreams space to breathe, sip cacao, ground ourselves, connect within, open our hearts, and pray for all earthlings. 🌏
✨ Metta meditation (loving-kindness) helps cultivate inner peace and compassion, connecting us to our shared oneness and inner love source. 🤎 🕊️ Now is the time to choose Peace from within, no matter what.
In Pali, “metta” means cultivating positive energy, compassion and kindness. This practice develops kindness for all beings, starting with yourself. 🌺 It benefits mental, emotional, and physical health, reducing negative emotions and fostering connection and oneness with others.
Regular practice develops patience, reduces stress/anxiety, and deepens relationships. The meditation involves repeating well-wishes to yourself, then extending to loved ones, neutral people, difficult individuals, and eventually all beings.
Now is the perfect time for practicing loving-kindness. 🤎

Where relationships become a doorway… not to each other, but to ourselves.
📅 May, 19
⏰ 10:00 am–12:00 pm
📍 Seeds of Dreams
🎟️ Free
The Untethered Couple is a bi-weekly FREE gathering for individuals and couples who want to explore intimacy through awareness where love becomes a path to truth, freedom, and inner awakening. Drawing from the works of David Schnarch, Martin Buber, Byron Katie, and Michael Singer, we look at differentiation, authenticity, sacred surrender, and how to meet another without losing who we are.
This circle isn’t therapy or “tips.” It’s a space for honest human inquiry the kind that asks:
What if the moments that hurt, trigger, or close us… are the same moments inviting us to awaken?
Together, we explore:
• How old emotional wounds shape our reactions in love
• The longing for worthiness and the roles we step into to protect it
• The subtle ways we manipulate partners to avoid old pain
• What it means to be fully ourselves even in closeness
• The erotic as a spiritual meeting
• Moving beyond control, fusion, and ego
Sessions include short teachings, reflection, experiential practices, and live dialogue. You’re welcome with or without a partner just bring your willingness.
Facilitated by Amittai Megged (MFT) - head of the couples & family therapy training program at Tel Hai Academic College, author of Differentiation-Based Couple Therapy and Earning Worthiness, and founder of Worthiness-Based Psychotherapy. His work weaves emotional depth, spiritual clarity, and radical responsibility into a grounded, human approach to intimacy.
You don’t have to quit coffee forever.
This is not about rules, restriction, or becoming someone else.
It’s simply an invitation to pause, to shift one small thing, and to listen more closely to your body.
For 14 days, you replace your morning coffee with cacao, not to force a change, but to feel the difference from the inside.
Not in theory, not in someone else’s words, but in your own energy, your own mood, your own rhythm.
If you join the challenge, share your journey with us.
What day are you on?
What are you noticing?
How does your body feel?
Tag us in your stories and posts, we would love to follow your experience along the way.
✨With love, Seeds of Dreams✨
Cacao is not only a drink, it is a pause.
A gentle shift from doing into sensing, from thinking into feeling, from the outer world into the inner one.
Breath and feel what happens in your body.
See what happens in your mind.
Let go.
Let cacao cuddle you from inside, soften you and comfort you.
Allow it to guide you inward, toward a quiet intimacy with yourself.
Sometimes nothing dramatic happens, only a small return to presence, and that is already enough.
You can explore all our cacao blends in the “Our Cacao” highlight and if something calls you, we also ship worldwide🤎 ✨Seeds of Dreams✨
In a life where so much pulls us outward, cacao becomes a quiet doorway inward, into warmth, into presence, into that subtle feeling of being connected to something simple and real.
You don’t need to understand it, you don’t need to analyze it, you just sit with a cup in your hands, feel the heat, take a sip, and something inside you remembers.
Maybe it is softness, maybe it is calm, maybe it is you.
