On a tricky little site and a modest budget, the Serene project was designed with the owners skillset in mind. With concrete blade walls defining each space and clever, detailed joinery throughout, this one is going to be pretty special.

The building permit for an exciting Ocean Grove project is just around the corner.
On a very steep slope, the design brief called for a clever, compact home that maximised northern sun and energy efficiency while accessing expansive southern views.

An early design of ours - a Jan Juc beach house that doesn't give too much away when you arrive, then continues to surprise and delight at every turn.
