WINNER HAS BEEN PICKED! Thank you!
QUILT RAFFLE for @vecindarios901 !!!!
Enter by February 1st at 6 pm central time.
💚 All money goes to @vecindarios901 to support their life-saving work in Memphis. Follow their page and get involved!
❤️ What you could win:
This 21x19 inch mini quilt made by me, with cyanotype print and hand quilting on repurposed fabric. The winner can decide if they want me to attach a way to hang the quilt! Without a hanging mechanism, it will be perfect for use on an altar or the back of a comfy chair. (Cyanotype may fade or discolor if you wash it with regular detergents, so I recommend using this only as a decorative quilt, though I would really love to see a cat sleeping on it.)
💚 Who can enter:
Anyone! I will ship for free anywhere in the US!
❤️ How to enter:
Ven mo secret-hope $10 per entry. You may enter as many times as you want (for example, $30 would mean 3 entries). Send donations by Sunday, Feb. 1 at 6 pm! Please include your Instagram handle or email address!

My show is closing this Saturday from 11-1 pm! (NOT Friday night like I’ve been saying!) Come by and say bye to Shoepeg Corn. There are still some sliding scale pieces available to buy, and this is also a chance to pick up your new art if you’ve already bought one! If you can’t make it Saturday but wanna see the art, reach out to me! We can go sometime this week. Thanks everyone who has given this work some attention! 🐚 🍎

fabrics, spray foam, rope, ribbon, found

Watching the Geese, 2025
Latex paint, stationery, paste, repurposed mass-produced art
7”x5”
This piece is one of 16 that will be on view at the Robinson Gallery in my show Shoepeg Corn! Opening November 14th!
My show is opening in a couple weeks! This work has more actual paint than I’ve used in a long time, as well as old photos of old quilts, seashells, and fake fruit, things that remind me of both of my grandmothers. Which is why I decided to name it Shoepeg Corn, after a famous casserole in my family. Shoepeg corn fans rise up! I think there are less of us than I realized? It’s a lesser-known casserole. Save the date for November 14th at 6 pm!
I have a show in a few weeks! Opening at the Robinson Gallery on November 14th, Shoepeg Corn is all of the paintings I’ve made this year 🐚 with collaged images of old quilts, gifted seashells, thrifted fake grapes, and so much more 🌽 See you soon!
