Nothing is more vintage than ✨Old Hollywood✨
These super cute linocut wall prints and bookmarks are debuting at reFlea, the upcycle/DIY art market happening TODAY at @theresourceexchange . Come out between 12-5 to support some cool artists and get some cool stuff!!
I’ll also have some FRESH (as in, printed in the middle of last night) copies of SecondHand Calling Card + Planchette. Can you tell my favorite color for Planchette covers yet?? 💚
@lancasterzinefest was SUCH a blast!! Dozens of vendors, zines galore, hands-on art workshops. It was amazing to hang out with fellow zinesters and zine enthusiasts all day. I’m SO inspired 💜
(Feat. zine haul from the second floor squad, and an analog horror coded photo with LZF’s signature eyeballs. Sometimes I feel like somebody’s watching me… 👁️)
Didn’t get a chance to grab your copy of Planchette? No prob! Check out my online store in bio 🔮🗞️
Come meet SecondHand… in the wild! 🪴
This Saturday, I’m vending @lancasterzinefest ! SO thrilled to take part in this amazing celebration of zines. I’m ALSO teaching a workshop on collage and transformative media at the event - can’t wait to make art with you :))
(Also, keen eyes might spot some Planchette-themed thumbtack and postcard prints, exclusive to LZF 👀👀👀)
Had a fabulous time at Planchette’s mini launch tour yesterday 👻 🔮 🦇
Thank you @thrillerdelphia for giving me (a delightfully spooky) space to debut the zine!
Thanks @mysticsaraswati and @gro_project_ro for organizing an inspiring gallery opening at @guzocafe ! Amazing open mic performers, great conversations with other Philly artists, and delicious dirty chai. My heart is so full.
Copies of Calling Card + Planchette, plus a bunch of my collage art, will be available to view and purchase at Guzo Cafe until July 🙌 🙌 🙌
SecondHand Issue #2, Planchette, is here! 👻🔮💀
An interview with an occult bookseller. An essay on the evolution of Gothic feminist lit. A guide to thrifting haunted objects. When we love old things, we commune with the dead - and you’re sure to find some ghosts within this zine.
April will be a huge month for SecondHand! Come to the zine launch at @thrillerdelphia on 4/4, check it out at @guzocafe ‘s springtime gallery, or say hi at @lancasterzinefest on 4/18. You can also DM me for a copy. SecondHand is just dying to meet you 🧛🏼♀️🩸🦇
(Planchette is 36 pages, 8.5x5.5”, with linocut printed covers in white, purple, or lime green 💜)
GOTHIC BOOKMARKS ‼️‼️
Today’s gothic collage event was a blast! The participants made eerily beautiful collages that show the wide range of this transformative medium.
Huge thanks to @thrillerdelphia for hosting, and for everyone willing to share their art 🙌 🙌
First time vending SecondHand at Tuesday’s event, ft. the perfect pickletini and public ghost opinions. Huge thanks to @collidezinephilly , @tmoms , and all the AMAZING artists and poets and supporters in attendance. Saw some old friends, made some new ones, really had a ball.
(+ shoutout to the missed connection who bought my zine with a stack of one dollar bills when I stepped away for a second. You’re sooo mysterious and ily :)
My pals over at @collidezinephilly are releasing their next issue on Tuesday 🔊 🔊
Come celebrate at TMom’s! Pick up their fabulous new release, hear some amazing open mic performances, hang out. I will also be selling some copies of SecondHand issue 1 🙌 📖

Join us for a hands-on collage workshop celebrating the drama and detail of Gothic art and architecture. From the soaring arches of medieval cathedrals to the shadowed romance of stained glass and illuminated manuscripts, we’ll channel centuries of moody craftsmanship into something beautifully small and personal.
You’ll create your own custom gothic bookmark using real magazine and book clippings featuring Gothic architecture, sacred art, arches, tracery, statuary, and other darkly romantic imagery. Additional collage materials will be provided to layer texture, symbolism, and atmosphere.
No experience necessary, all materials included.
Perfect for goths, crafters, architecture lovers, dark academics, and anyone who likes their art dramatic.
Spots are limited. Advance tickets recommended.
SecondHand is heading up to Ithaca, NY for a print exhibition and event series later this month! Excited and honored to take part alongside so many talented print artists - literally a dream come true.
If you’ll be in the area while the exhibition is up, go check it out! Many thanks to @carla_liesching , @pamintuanfye , and @may.lilies for organizing. Full details below <3

What is a book, exactly? Bookmaker and artist Dayanita Singh, writes that “a book is a conversation with a stranger in the future.” In other words, a book is not simply a medium to convey information, but rather a conduit for human connection, an enduring form that brings people together in ways both real and imaginary. Like Singh, we contend that a book is a relational tool, extending far beyond the boundaries of the material object itself. A book is a meeting place, containing multiple spaces in time, images, words, and whole pages waiting to be activated.
Public programming around the exhibition includes a poetry and prose reading, a tour and hands-on workshop in a local heritage print studio and bindery, a zine-making & binding workshop, and a trip to Cornell’s Rare and Manuscript Collection to view rare artists’ books held in the collection.
Do you love thrifting? Do you want to connect with your local communities? Are you hungry for an alternative to mass-produced media? Me, too! I launched a print-only, quarterly zine about the resale market and old stuff earlier this month.
If you’re interested in learning how I made the first issue, including the process of letterpress printing, check out my latest Substack post. Link in bio 👀 🌈 ✍️ 📄
We’re officially carrying @secondhand.zine !!
SecondHand is a quarterly zine for the modern antiquarian, covering the resale industry, physical media, and Gen Z’s obsession with old stuff.
In the age of big tech, buying things secondhand is radical. It helps reduce environmental impact, resist overconsumption, and engage with local community. However, nostalgia culture can create warped and ahistorical perspectives.
SecondHand reports the full picture for people who love thrifting and want to think deeply about it. The zine is proudly based in Philadelphia.
