On April 24th it is the absolute honor and privilege of @risk_reward_label to release the genius level talent and all round super human @chuwee_music first full length artist EP, with the help of his equally talented and wonderful friends: @sasta.music @sebhall_ and @gaspar_muniz aka the Wizards on Waverly To celebrate the upcoming record release, we’re taking over @apollostudionyc on Friday April 10th for a rip-roaring shindig featuring three of the Wizards, plus one of my favorite selectors @hilu.jockey of @zazaisland.rec fame and myself Come celebrate this special milestone for one of the NYC scene’s true heroes, you just know we’re gonna do it up proper! 11pm-7am - Apollo Studio - Brooklyn

Part 2 of our American tour sees our resident @jake_e_hodgkinson heading to NYC to join forces with the @signalnyc crew on Thursday 30th April. We are honoured to be welcoming west coast legend @markequark to NYC. Playing since the 90s and 2000s along the west coast bringing his psychedelic sound to NYC. We are joined by Signals super sharp residents @kurilo_ and @sebhall_

This release was very difficult for me and took the most time to prepare (release and myself). After Komponente passed away, I thought long and hard about whether I should continue with our label and release more music, or shut it down and be done with it. Well, I always understood that the only answer was that I have to continue because we were so passionate about this idea together, promoting what we do, so I don’t want to stop it.. Finally, I can share with you the new release on our label, more than a year has passed since the last release. Release was made at my studio in Staten Island, that’s why EP called Staten Island (so dramatic). Side A - Two tracks I wrote, inspired by old UK music culture, tech/trancy sound what you can bring to the clubs so easily.
