These bois are retiring today.
A year ago, around mid February, I decided I should start running, or well, I should LEARN how to run. I needed to get back in shape, and I've always been a bad runner, my cardio was always my weakness, I was an asthmatic kid. So, shortly after, seeing as I actually started running on a regular basis, I bought these shoes.
One year later, they are destroyed and not as bouncy as they were. I am still a filthy novice with A LOT of room to improve, but I did actually got better in a year!
Starting from the couch as a non-active person last year, till now, I have:
Gone from 7:00/km (and higher) to 5:50 - 6:00/km on my easy runs. My longest run at the beginning was 3 kms, and now my longest is 15 kms, and my 5k time has improved from 31:XX to 27:XX. Still very modest skills, but we're getting better 😊
