It’s quite simple, without bees the world would be a very different and much less beautiful place.
🐝Bees are responsible for the pollination of a third of the worlds plants that produce all our food
🐝Depending on the season bees will fly 50 000 miles, while visiting up to 1 million flowers to produce 1 pound of honey.
🐝12 bees together will only make 1 teaspoon of honey in their entire lives, which are only as long as 5-6 weeks.
How can we help?
🐝Visit beekeepers to understand the pollination and bee keeping practices.
🐝Plant nectar bearing plants in your garden.
🐝Avoid synthetic pesticides, herbicides, and fertilisers.
🐝Create a bee bath with pebbles in it, so bees can drink when out foraging.
Bees, although each is tiny in size, collectively they have a major impact on the world. Today we acknowledge the important role they play and all they provide for us.

In order to hone their skills and master the art of hunting young lions are not shy to stalk or chase after prey. The irresistible temptation to give it another go, even though the prey have already seen the lion and the element of surprise that is vital in a successful hunt is lost, they keep trying.
This was after probably 15 minutes of the lion trying his luck, the Impala alarming the entire time almost tormenting him as he failed time and time again.
