Life is hard and beats all of us up. Sometimes the hits are small and frustrating and sometimes they’re so destabilizing that it’s hard to imagine how we could ever get through to the other side.
But if you sit still with yourself I think you will find that there is a deep, loving core to each and every one of us that knows what to do and is there to get us through almost anything.
