Déjà vu, that surreal feeling of experiencing something you’ve already experienced before, but this time it’s because you’ve dreamt about this exact moment.
This week, I had the opportunity to live my dream by exhibiting my work in London, thanks to @jdr___ , through a personal recommendation from @shadzs_art . I am so grateful and feel extremely blessed.
So many amazing people came to support me, in person & online, and I can’t begin to express how thankful I am for all of you. Thank you.
I know I will feel this same déjà vu again, but it will be because I will be showing my work again, and I’ll have that fuzzy feeling, remembering what my first time felt like.
You see me yeah, I just love what I do, and I believe in myself. My friends believe in me, my community believes in me, and I’ll keep believing in myself, ending up in places I could only dream about.
Please, chase your dreams, no matter how daunting or impossible they may seem at the moment. It can never hurt to dream! Just keep showing up, one day, you’ll look around and be surrounded by others who believe in you.
I want to thank my mum & brother for always believing in me and inspiring me to aim higher every day!
I want to thank my friends, colleagues, and community for believing in me as I grow in my journey.
I want to thank @shotbybellzzz@_bellzzz for eternalising this moment for me; I can’t even begin to say thank you.

Can I just say, I love art so much!
Some of the drawings I’ve done since the start of the year, I’m tryna push my work further than ever🤩
I’d be drawing till the end of time, nobody will take this love away from me.
If you’re an artist, or a creative person in general, there is a growing atmosphere pushing you to give in & give up.
Don’t listen to it, don’t let them say “you’re cooked” or “you’ll get left behind”, they need you to believe that is true. It is NOT!
If you keep HOPE and don’t give up, no matter how “scary” it may seem or becomes, it will dissolve into irrelevance with time.
In the end, without all the noise or endless pursuit for money, there is something far more valuable… you, your passion, your story, your journey, your expression.
Don’t let anyone take that away from you, it’s yours to keep, nurture, and share.

This is the first music video I’ve shot, such an exciting experience, hoping this is first of many.
The cover was equally exhilarating to work on! I love the characters I came up with, their styles and features. The composition is an attempt at pushing my perspective skills further!

ART MAGAZINE FEB 2026 🖼️
I personally love what I do, and I see a bright future.
I shall now transition towards my next challenge, Animation.
I need to make animated short stories, I started taking drawing seriously cuz I wanted to tell stories. Let’s see how that plays out.
Until then, I manifest upwards mobility! Life has so much to offer you, all you need to do is get out of your head and imagine whatever heights you want, then scale above and beyond them.
Don’t be too much of a critic to yourself. Your ideas aren’t meant to be a 100% realistic. You just need to achieve them, some way, somehow, just start, and iterate whilst on the journey, mistakes are part of the process.
Note to self.
