I found out that Change of Plans was a GMA Book Club pick MONTHS ago, but was sworn to secrecy. It was hard not to shout it from the rooftops! Being on the show was a total blur and I loved every minute of it. Link to the entire segment is in my bio.
I celebrated Change of Plans hitting number one (!!!!) having lunch with @jpchanda and @leighliterary . Adult beverages were consumed. Later I caught a perfect NYC sunset.
Today I am off to the Gaithersburg Book Festival, the last event of this tour. It has been a dream. Thanks to everyone who came out! I’m so grateful for you. ❤️

Greetings from the Dallas Fort Worth airport, where I am waiting to fly to Houston and my last bookstore event at Blue Willow Books. I’ve been on tour for almost a week and guys, it has been SO FUN getting to catch up with my fabulous readers. Other highlights include putting on fake nails (which look great when they are not falling off in front of an audience, discovering that I like mimosas (who knew?) and the purchase of big pink hoodie at an airport gift shop that has become my comfort animal. I’ve been moving too fast to take many pictures, but please enjoy these koi fish from my hotel in St. Louise and a gorgeous charcuterie plate from Naperville. After tonight I am off to NYC to do Good Morning America on Thursday. Hopefully I won’t lose a nail on national television. #changeofplans #tour
