Professional circus artist and actor Stephanie Van Dyck is leading two circus focussed strength and flexibility classes starting Friday, May 16th. The flexibility class is ALMOST FULL and there are SPACES AVAILABLE in the strength class -- but sign up now as CUT OFF IS TOMORROW!
STRENGTH FOR CIRCUS (all levels) This class focuses on exercises to enhance strength, coordination, controlled agility and core functions for circus. Fridays 5:30pm-6:30pm
FLEXIBILITY FOR CIRCUS (all levels) This class focuses on active flexibility geared to create more range of motion and mind-body connections. Fridays 6:30pm-7:30pm.
Stephanie Van Dyck is a professional actor & circus artist with a multidisciplinary background in dance, rhythmic gymnastics, and movement. Stephanie often performs contortion, and hand balancing acts with CircusWest and as feature performer with numerous circus companies.
Classes run Friday May 16th to June 20th, except on May 30th when CircusWest's new show 'TAPESTRY - A CLOSEKNIT CIRCUS' is playing at the PNE Gardens.
