There are no direct flights to where we are. It takes planning. It takes patience. It takes a little more intention than hopping on a short-haul flight. It asks something of you before it gives a lot back. Slow down. Commit. Decide that the experience matters more than convenience. And something may subtly shift, before you even arrive.

This is a thank you to @noemialon for introducing me to Ecstatic Dance when we were last in Bali, and to @_hodafadel_ for keeping the love alive. Last nights event @theyogabarn was simply magical. A journey that began with the DJ, Hoda using her voice to connect us to her, her music and the event. She then transported us through the beauty of Bali in the present moment and into, what seemed to be an ode to Arabian mothers. Heartfelt, emotional. A kind of nostalgic joy…and then right up into ecstatic bliss. What an incredible evening! Thank you lovely ladies 💕💥🙏😘
What a wonderful week of music, movement and magical events. A melting pot of love, joy, laughter and conversation. It’s what happens when extraordinary talent from all around the world, come together in Ubud, Bali. The kindness, beauty and soulfulness intercept and the joy sprinkles itself wide and far.
