I cannot thank Lee and Tim enough for all the hard work they did stuffing the ez30d into Scuba Steve, full harness swap/merge, dash, and custom radiator mount. It's a whole new car, can't wait to see what we can do in ma-na next weekend at the nwra rallycross fest at Dirtfish. There is always the chance to make things better after catastrophy. Wow what an Olympus Rally weekend. Lots of hard work by the Team. Our team manager Debbie Clarke made amazing food for us and made sure we had everything we needed. Our crew of Sherm Morris, Lee Parsons "The Service Prophet", and myself were able to keep El Torro going out for more abuse round after round. Thanks to Phil Clarke for ignoring our advice to be easy on the car, and Ed Flaisig "The Rally Prophet" staying awake in the silly seat, we were able to battle back from a 2 minute penalty and a couple of oopsies and secure 1st in class and regional 5th overall by just 1.2 seconds! It was a long weekend with minimal sleep, all the weather and all the emotions. Thank you to all the rally fam and volunteers for making it such an amazing weekend.
What an epic long weekend! Battled the wind and the rain, oh and the mud, crewing for @phillipalanclarke and @kendra_tym@wildwestrally . Huge shoutouts to our crew Sherm and @flemmerlandon@debbie.clarkee for helping gets us on the podium. Did miss the rally fam that were at the @nwrallyassociation season opener looked like you all had a fantastic weekend as well.
