How's everyone doing out there?
For me taking class and getting in the studio always brings me back to my roots and reminds me who I am & how I got here. Felt great to share space with some friends, move my body, deepen my practice and just continue learning this week. A new objective for me is navigating how I can bring together all these aspects of myself into what I feel called to offer and share.
Life has been moving fast lately and honestly I'm just trying to soak it all up.

On November 9, 2024, I broke my patella and tore my MCL playing beach volleyball. What followed was a long recovery, including reparative surgery on January 23, 2025. On March 8, 2026, I completed the Los Angeles Marathon in 4:04.
