Here are some stats from The School’s Consent Project —
- 1 in 3 women globally will experience sexual violence in their lifetime
- in the US, a woman is sexually assaulted every 68 seconds
- every 9 minutes, that person is a child
- we send lawyers into schools to teach kids about consent
- we want to normalise conversations about consent so that young people are less likely to experience - or perpetrate - sexual violence
- we have educated over 50,000 young people about consent globally
- we now work with the military & football clubs
- we opened in New York in 2023. In just over 6 months we have:
- educated 3,500 kids about consent
- delivered workshops in all 5 boroughs
- including in Spanish
- 89% of students felt more empowered to make a decision about consent after our workshop
- 90% of students felt like we addressed all their questions and concerns around sex and consent

We were delighted to welcome Maz + Matthew from @everyonesinvited and Monica + Carolina from @scpconsent for a powerful workshop for BANES Sixth Formers, discussing the themes of PRIMA FACIE.
The session combined filmed performance with interactive discussion to deepen understanding, encourage reflection and support meaningful conversations around consent.

Last week, we welcomed @scpconsent and @everyonesinvited to The Lyceum for a powerful schools workshop exploring the themes of Prima Facie.
Through open discussion and creative activities, the session explored key themes from Prima Facie and created a thoughtful, supported space for young people to talk about consent.
