What does representing Team Scotland really mean? @scottishpowerlifting will be sending a team to @2026commonwealthpowerlifting in Winnipeg, Canada to show up and show out. 2024 was certainly a competition to remember and we will be looking to go bigger and badder this year.
So if you're on the fence about signing up, get your name in the hat, you never know what could happen...

Good luck to our Scottish athletes representing team GB at the European Equipped Championships in Czechia!
Kicking things off on Thursday the 7th from 9am UK time both Maureen and Melissa will be on the platform in the u76 and u84 categories respectively. Karen will be following the strong Scottish start on Wednesday the 8th in the u63 class from 9am. Appearing later that day at 2pm will be Bernie in the u74s and John in the u59s. Finally Adrian will round out the Scottish appearances in the u120s on Sunday the 10th from 1pm.

Good luck to our Team Scotland athletes heading out to the Luxembourg Invitational this weekend!
Kicking things off on Friday the 20th, Lauren, Ceileidh, Robyn and Emily will be heading onto the platform from 11am UK time. Beth will also be competing on Friday but from 3pm.
Saturday will see Megan, Eilidh, Andrew and Miles Bernie appearing from 11am, with both Christopher and Tom in the afternoon from 3pm.
Eilin brings things to a close on Sunday morning from 10am with Lewis and Alex rounding things off for Scotland from 1pm.

This is Sofia's first time with Team GB after successful experiences with Team Scotland at both Small Nations and Home Nations in 2025. Alyce is returning the team after assisting at both the European Uni and World Uni Championships in 2025.
