Genuinely don’t have the words to describe what this experience was like opening for @dustyslay this weekend. Two sold out shows in massive theaters, unbelievably nice and generous audience members who went out of their way to support me and buy my merch, chill post-show hangs with good people, and so much more. But most of all, I have to acknowledge God’s hand in all of this. None of this was planned or expected, but he continues to open doors for me. And, of course, the person I have to thank for all of this is Dusty himself who is funnier, kinder, more down-to-earth, and more generous than you could possibly imagine.

I’ll remember this night for the rest of my life. Nate Bargatze, Dusty Slay, Brian Bates, other hilarious comedians, and me: A guy who never had a plan for comedy. Who still has no idea what I want to do with it. All I know is that God keeps providing me with bigger and bigger opportunities. And I have to just keep taking them as they come.
