We're proud to welcome Nick Samuel to Score Creative.
Nick is a composer who listens between the lines. From his roots as a saxophonist in London's jazz, rock, and metal scenes, he developed a musical language built on nuance — one that translates effortlessly across small ensembles, hybrid electronics, and full orchestra.
Award-winning across film, TV, and games, his credits include Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time, Unmasking Jihadi John, and Arthur & Merlin: Knights of Camelon — proof that his range is as wide as his storytelling instincts are deep.
Welcome, Nick. #nicksamuel #bronwenthomas #michaelrichardplowman
There are composers who understand orchestras. There are composers who understand electronics. And then there are the rare ones who move between both worlds as if there is no boundary at all.
Raimund is one of those composers.
His journey began in Austria with the feature drama A Breath of Heaven, where his score — recorded with an 80-piece orchestra — helped the film break records in its home country and earned him a nomination for Best Music at the Austrian Film Award. Not a bad way to announce yourself to the world.
What followed was fifteen years of building one of the most versatile careers in European film and television music. From landmark nature documentaries for ORF, ARTE, and National Geographic, to blockbuster Hollywood productions — Raimund has contributed arrangements and synth programming to Roland Emmerich's Midway and Moonfall, served as orchestrator on The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent with Nicolas Cage, and worked with directors of the calibre of Renny Harlin.
What defines Raimund above everything else is his ability to fuse emotional, cinematic orchestration with electronic sound design in a way that feels completely seamless — music that breathes and pulses at the same time.
Score Creative is thrilled to welcome Raimund to the team. #bronwenthomas #scorecreativecomposers #michaelrichardplowman
We're thrilled to welcome Kim Planert to the Score Creative family. Kim's music lives at the intersection of deep emotion and sonic architecture — weaving synthesizers, textural sound design, and full symphony orchestras into immersive, multi-dimensional worlds. Working from his state-of-the-art Dolby Atmos studio between Los Angeles and Germany, he has scored major US network television including Castle, Lie to Me, and The Whispers, and collaborated with iconic names like Square Enix and Babelsberg Studios. As a solo artist, his neoclassical albums reflect a life lived boldly — inspired by his years as a wingsuit skydiver. His work spans documentary film championing social change to AAA gaming, always with the same commitment: music that doesn't just accompany a story, it becomes one.
Welcome, Kim. We can't wait to create with you #kimplanertmusic #bronwenthomas #michaelrichardplowman #scorecreativecomposers
Twenty years ago, Chris and I sat down and wrote music together for the first time. What followed was a journey neither of us could have fully imagined. From Chris's very first documentary score in 2002, we built something together — project by project, note by note. That journey took us to Los Angeles, London, Budapest, Salt Lake City and Seatle where we recorded world class orchestras, filling rooms with sound that shook walls and moved people to tears. Chris then embarked no only on 15 extraordinary seasons of Highway Through Hell, one of the most successful documentary series in Canadian television history, but countless movies where Chris's music became the heartbeat that captivated millions. But Chris was never just a screen composer. He was building a concert music career that stands entirely on its own. Symphonies, Choral works, Concertos, Chamber Pieces are performed in concert halls internationally, respected by the classical music world in a way that very few composers who work across both worlds ever achieve. Critically acclaimed doesn't begin to cover it.
Chris Nickel is one of the most complete composers I have ever known. The range, the craft, the depth — it is rare. Genuinely rare. Which is why I am deeply, personally honoured to say that Chris Nickel is joining Score Creative. Welcome, Chris. It's good to be writing music together again. #christophertylernickel #bronwenthomas #blueant #greatpacificmedia #michaelrichardplowman #scorecreativecomposers

We are beyond excited to welcome multi-award-winning composer Adrian Ellis to Score Creative. From the very first conversation, there was an immediate connection — a shared vision for what we wanted to achieve. When Adrian agreed to join the team, it was a truly fantastic moment. With over 100 credits, Adrian is a genuine creative. But it's how he works that sets him apart. He invests himself fully into every project, asking the right questions of his creative partners before a single note is written. A true collaborator in every sense. This is going to be an incredible adventure. Welcome, Adrian. #adrianellis #bronwenthomas #michaelrichardplowman #scorecreative
