OPEN CALL 📣 Sei un* project leader o lavori nel mondo dell’economia sociale e solidale? Hai un’idea progettuale che vorresti sviluppare sul tuo territorio? Questa è l’occasione giusta per metterti in gioco! Abbiamo aperto una call per selezionare 10 partecipanti per un training gratuito dedicato allo sviluppo di progetti cooperativi e iniziative ad impatto sociale. L’iniziativa fa parte del progetto europeo @scope_projet – Social Coop Opportunities and Partnership in Europe, organizzato da @project_school_eu in collaborazione con @legacoop_puglia , con l’obiettivo di rafforzare le competenze di chi lavora (o vuole lavorare) nello sviluppo di progetti nell’economia sociale. 💡 Come funziona il training? Il percorso si svolgerà in presenza a Lecce, al Castello @carlovlecce e sarà articolato in 5 incontri da 3 ore ciascuno nel mese di aprile. This is the core idea behind SCOPs (Worker-Owned Cooperative Companies). In this model, employees are not only workers but also co-owners involved in decision-making. In a SCOP: employees hold at least 51% of the share capital and 65% of the voting rights; profits are largely reinvested in the collective project or fairly redistributed; governance is democratic and participatory. SCOPs provide a concrete response to the challenges of sustainable employment and social inclusion. They exist in many sectors and can be created from scratch or through employee buyouts. Across Europe, cooperative models demonstrate their impact — from the Duralex takeover in France to inclusive cooperatives in Italy and the Mondragón ecosystem in Spain. Through the S.C.O.P.E project, we aim to highlight how cooperatives can serve as powerful tools for inclusion and empowerment. This Erasmus+ initiative brings together partners in France and Italy to support practitioners and strengthen the autonomy of vulnerable groups.
