Being in this show was a dream for Eva! She loves this story and this musical so much. She made so many new buddies and got to live her best life on the stage. She had her first lead in a BIG production, which felt so special. She felt so incredibly supported! She (and I) loved experiencing CYT firsthand after many years in the audience, and we both love that we now have TWO incredible theater communities to be a part of!

- The beautiful tulips and plant and cards Scott came home with for his girls
- Jack (7) earnestly asking me to be his Valentine two days ago, and then saying, “I love you so much, my Valentine” throughout today.
- Heart shaped pancakes for brunch, and “Melting Pot” at home for dinner (with a beautiful table set by Eva [10]). Talking through a personality test as a family over fondue.
- A million Checkers matches.
Don’t I know it 🥰 Thank you Lord!
Best day with the kiddos - Bye Bye Birdie, endless ping pong (a lot more laughing hysterically and chasing the ball than hitting it back and forth), patty melt lunch date, special drinks, science lesson while snuggled up on the couch, and whisper-laughing in the dark of their rooms at bedtime about whether Mew/MewTwo is cat-adjacent.
Life hack: Take time to enjoy your kids. They are AWESOME.
