Eight senior Science Coach researchers from Shawnee Mission School District led by Dr. Kenneth Lee and Miss Zulma Perez were invited to learn about ataxia from Dr. Dubinsky at the Landon Center on Aging at KU Medical Center yesterday. They were able to meet and listen to the story of a patient with ataxia in the compassionate use program and make a human connection to their work as young researchers. #sciencecoach #shawneemissionschooldistrict #kumedicalcenter
