The multimillion-dollar refurbishment of Pan Pacific Perth has elevated the hotel’s standards to a new level of understated luxury. Designed to blend Western Australia’s natural beauty with subtle elements of Pan Pacific’s Singaporean heritage, the renovation has created a refined and contemporary environment for guests.
Valtari and Schiavello are thrilled to share our involvement in the interior refurbishment of the project, which spanned upgrades to the hotel’s rooms, suites, lobby, shared guest areas, and the exclusive Pacific Club Lounge – all within a live, operational hotel!

With the highest quality finishes, blended with the durability required for the space’s dynamic purpose, Schiavello worked over an 8 month period to detail and develop the concept to capture the breadth of capabilities required for Saint Private Social Club.
Ice baths, meditation spaces, gym floors, working environments, an executive board room as well as a commercial kitchen all deliver a unique experience for this invite-only, cutting edge anti-ageing, world class, luxury fitness offering.

Schiavello is thrilled to partner with Cedar Woods Properties Limited for their latest development, Elegan Apartments at Glenside, South Australia.
The Design and Construction of the 8-level apartment building include 116 residential apartments, two-level carparks, communal areas throughout, and associated landscaping, fencing, and signage.
Construction starts in March, and we look forward to delivering this project with Cedar Woods, our project partners, and subcontractors.

Delivered under an ECI/D&C model, Schiavello worked extensively with @gurner_tm and lead Architect @cerastribley to bring to life this dynamic space that was designed to disrupt the Health and Wellbeing market and redefine excellence.

PROJECT COMPLETE | We are elated to present Tamarama Surf Life Saving Club. While retaining its historical charm, this 1940s icon has undergone significant multi-million dollar structural upgrades along with interior fitout works to better fulfil its life-preserving role. From guard towers to public amenities, storerooms, communal spaces, member's lounge, gym, commercial kitchen, bars and caretaker's quarters; all delivered while navigating access alongside Sydney's most popular (and spectacular) coastal walk.
