27 december: Frozen Margavezas by @schenkstudio pt. 6 ft. The Hobknobs + From 2 + NO FUN DJ-team This evening, our special drink is Jan Schenk’s classic frozen margaveza! From 2 We might sing each other’s memories as our own, or tell tall tales that feel very real. Either way, it will fit into a band. From 2 is an indie folk mutant in the form of five voices – Boudy, Lyckle, Maria, Milla & Otto – collecting the melodies and memories of those about to rock. The Hobknobs To describe the music of The Hobknobs, use the word ‘natural’. And what you will mean is: fitted to itself; essentially, albeit politely, uninterested in whether or not you’re looking. You might think of early rock ’n’ roll and you’ll be thinking of its energetic nonchalance and honest economy minus any sentimentality. Sonically and lyrically, the elements of the songs dovetail showing how they move but giving no temptation to take them apart. The duo Yaël Dekker and Arie van Vliet have long admired each other’s music but their collaboration here is not a closed conversation — at the same time colloquial and cerebral, we are invited in, if we can hang.

The past two days we recorded the score and voices for my animated short thats coming real soon 🚨🚨 it is al coming together thanks a lot to Ringo Maurer for composing and @ruggero_di_luisi for helping out and freaking out on the drums!
