I thought my local Tesco had done away with its charity bookshelf. Turns out they’d just moved it. I had to buy quite a lot of books to make up for my oversight. Some of these are from there; the others are from various podcast recommendations. #tbr #bookhaul
I forgot to post this epic book haul when it happened, which was on a rainy day at the tail end of the school hols, on a trip to Southport. We had no choice but to shelter from the deluge in a book shop. I absolutely judge books by their covers, and these are gorgeous. I’m halfway through ‘The Book of Goose’ and it’s magical.
